Building from the ground up, we will start with a strong flow that will have warming, heart-opening poses that will prepare the body for deeper backbends.
You will learn to safely increase mobility in the spine, while strengthening the supporting muscles of the spine. We will safely delve into poses such as Urdhva Dhanurasana (Full Wheel), Eka Pada Rajakapotasana (King Pigeon), and Eka Pada Rajakapotasana (Bridge on your forearms). Explore a full range of backbends while opening your heart along the way! All levels welcome.
