In this workshop, we will focus on increasing hip mobility and deepening hip openers. We'll start by warming up with a hip-opening flow sequence, then move into a series of longer deep hip openers. By setting up correct alignment to protect surrounding joints and by holding long hip openers, we will begin to remove discomfort & release tension in the hips. S
